Trộn đường, bột cacao, muối nở, muối, vani tạo thành 1 hỗn hợp khô. Sau đó cho bột mì vào cùng trộn đều với nhau.

Tiếp theo cho từ từ 250 ml nước vào hỗn hợp, nhẹ nhàng trộn đều tay cho đến khi bột mịn và tan đều thành hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Sau đó cho vào từng cái khuôn.

Cắt phô mai rồi nhét vào giữa bánh, nhấn xuống để khi bánh chín thì có nhân phô mai ở giữa.

Cho vào lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 150 độ C trong 10 phút thì bánh chín. Dùng cách xiên dao vào giữa và rút ra, nếu dao không có dính bột ướt thì là bánh chín hoàn toàn. Thành phẩm đã xong rồi nhé!
